Working with children with special education has always been my passion. I believe that is very important to cultivate a good learning atmosphere and teach the children about determination, responsibility, self-confidence, communication, love, and respect. It is also important to understand each child's necessities and worries and to see each child as unique, making sure to be flexible and embrace the differences in each child and his or her family. It is my desire as an educator to help students succeed in life by having them develop their full potential by providing a safe and rich environment and by helping the children to reach their goals and dreams. I also believe in developing a strong bond will all my students and providing the much-needed support to each and every child according to their different needs.
