Hello, my name is Baillie and I have always loved caring for those with special needs. I am very professional but also very friendly and always carry a cheerful, kind, and patient demeanor. I have experience with individuals of a wide age range with many different developmental needs. Most of my experience is with those with ADD, ADHD, Asperger's, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Sensory related issues. I have many family members and friends that have these things in their daily life so I am well oriented to the needs of those with different developmental needs and pride myself on my dedication to their individualized care.
