Baili has been our nanny for almost 6 months and we found her on care.com. She is great with my 1.5 year old daughter. She is patient and interactive with her and my daughter is always excited to see her. I have never had any safety concerns. Baili is always on time, flexible and a great communicator. We no longer need a nanny but we would hire Baili again.
