Bailie reached out to us to fill our regular nanny position. She discussed all our needs with us, and agreed to care for our son in our home 2 days a week, and she agreed to several dates with us. The day before she was supposed to start, i messaged her to confirm everything, and she never responded, nor did she show up. I have still yet to hear anything from her at all. We even discussed the importance of reliability as my husband and I both need to be able to go to work. I do not recommend her
