About Bailie

Hi! I'm Bailie! I'm the oldest of six girls, so caring for children has always been a big part of my life. I've babysat for multiple families throughout the years and have experience with children of different ages and needs. Throughout high school, I took child development and preschool education classes. I also worked as a CNA for four years, gaining experience in safety, personal care, patience, and compassionate caregiving. I've worked as a daycare teacher and provided one-on-one assistance to children with autism and Down syndrome. These experiences taught me patience, consistency, communication, and how to adapt to each child's individual needs. I'm dependable, caring, and genuinely enjoy spending time with kids. I'm also happy to help with errands, laundry, light housekeeping, organizing, and other household tasks. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your children, and I'd love the opportunity to become someone your family can rely on!
