About Bailie

my name is bailie, I've been working in the childcare industry for four years now going on five, I started off at a daycare facility, working with infants and toddlers, and would also sometimes work with the older kids. After a year and a half of working at the daycare facility, I begun to work for a family that was going there as their nanny, I worked with them for two years, and now I'm working with the most recent family that I've been working with for about two years, I have worked with children from ages of three months to 12 years old, I've worked with all pets as well, and worked with children with disabilities, including feeding disabilities and verbal and speech, as well as autism, I love kids so much and it's definitely a passion of mine that I wanna stay in for a long time. The family I'm working for now is sadly leaving and I am so excited to find a new family to care and love for the way I have previously two others.
