About Bailey

I am a caring, friendly, and dependable person who is truly passionate about helping others. I have several years of experience working in special education with children who have moderate to severe needs, including providing support with behavioral challenges, patience, and de-escalation. Through my experience, I have learned the importance of treating every individual with kindness, dignity, and respect. My personal experience watching the wonderful caregivers who supported my grandpa toward the end of his life inspired me to pursue caregiving myself. I understand how important it is for both patients and their families to feel comfortable, respected, and confident in the care being provided. My goal is to build trust, provide compassionate care, and make a positive difference in someone's day.
