Hi there! I'm Bailey, I'm the oldest of five siblings ranging from 5 to 20 years old. Growing up in a large family gave me hands-on experience with children of all ages and taught me the value of patience, flexibility, and strong family connections. Beyond my own siblings, I've babysat for families and helped in children's classes at my church, which deepened my love for caring for kids and supporting family life. Professionally, I've worked as an Executive Assistant & and Office Manager where I developed exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills. These strengths translate seamlessly into nannying and house manager roles, whether that means keeping a household running smoothly, engaging children in meaningful activities, or doing both with ease.
