Hi! I'm Bailey, a 19-year-old college student with 4 years of experience working with elders. When I was 15 I started volunteering at my local elderly home, baking for them and just talking. And then I started caring one on one as a PCA for a woman with Rett syndrome. My experience includes cooking for, feeding, bathing, changing and just having fun with the elders that I work with.
