From the moment Bailey showed up for her interview we knew she would be a good fit. She was early, she was organized and she had done her research, including a list of situational aware questions. It was clear that she would care about our children. She spent the summer months inspiring, educating, mentoring and guiding our five children. She was much more than just a babysitter to our tribe - ages 3, 8, 9, 11 and 12. Bailey was a clear leader. Bailey modeled self-discipline and clear communication to our children. She encouraged them to stretch their thinking, and not just look to their peers for a status quo decision. Caring for five children is a crash course in multi-tasking, and Bailey executed her role with tremendous grace. I was beyond thankful to not have to micro-manage Bailey and/or her interactions with our children. Because of her self-discipline and professional maturity, I was able to trust her as she took our children from our home five days each week.
