Bailey has watched our energetic 4 year old son on several occasions. We must have a caregiver for our son that is proactive and can intervene when needed as he active and curious. After meeting and observing Bailey during her full time nanny job for a neighboring family, I knew we were leaving our son with a person which has this ability. Bailey has a great rapport with kids (and everyone) and knows all the best games to keep everyone engaged in an activity and does not lean on screens to pass the time. She will get your kids outside, rain or shine! Bailey has also provided care to our pets and plants while we were on vacation. Duties included puppy/young dog (she has her own dog); monitoring/caring for a salt water reef aquarium and watering indoor/outdoor plants (she is a pro). What a relief to leave town in our home in the care of someone that is reliable and may need to respond to the unanticipated needs of the day!
