About Bailey

With 16 years of experience in childcare, I have dedicated my career to supporting families and nurturing children's growth. I started at 16, working with an after-school program, and at 18, I transitioned to early childhood education, caring for children aged 3 months to 7 years. Since beginning my nanny career at age 20, I've had the privilege of working with seven different families, gaining experience with newborns, twins, and children up to 10 years old.
