About Bailey

Hi! My name is Bailey, and I'm a dedicated and caring mom to my2-year-old son, Josiah. Being a parent has given me hands-on experience with patience, nurturing, and understanding the unique needs of young children. I've loved working with kids from a young age. From ages 11-15, I spent every summer helping in a home-based daycare, where I gained experience caring for multiple children, keeping them engaged, and helping create a safe, fun environment. That early experience, combined with being a mom myself, has really shaped my natural ability to connect with kids. I'm reliable, attentive, and genuinely enjoy helping children learn, grow, and feel comfortable. Whether it's playtime, routines, or providing a calm and supportive presence, I take pride in being someone families can trust with their little ones.
