About Bailey

Hi! My name is Bailey, and I'm a dedicated educator with a passion for helping students succeed. I have worked as a substitute teacher in Castro Valley Unified School District for the past 3 years, supporting both general education and SDC classrooms from K-12. This past year, I was a long-term substitute, teaching 5th grade for 6 months and 2nd grade for 3. 5 months, where I built strong relationships and supported a range of learning needs. I also have 5 years of babysitting/nannying experience and currently work with a family I've been with for 3 years, caring for two girls. In addition, I coach basketball, which has strengthened my ability to motivate and mentor kids. I am reliable, patient, and committed to creating a positive learning environment where students can grow academically and confidently.
