Hello! My name is Bailey & I live in Echo Park. I work part-time in the floral design industry & I'm looking for a part time nanny/personal assistant position. Bailey is able to fit into whatever situation you need her to. She's been great with the kids, and as they have been spending more time at school and extracurricular activities, she's begun helping us tackle some of our larger home/family projects.

Bailey worked for us for about year and a half as a full time caregiver for my two children then age 9 and 14. An incredibly reliable and capable member of the household, Bailey was not only competent in her efficiency and time-management around a variety of responsibilities such as carpooling, medical appointments, and sourcing and preparation of meals, but also is just a delight to be around. Her kindness and thoughtfulness was a great model of behavior for my kids, and as we were all relatively new to Los Angeles from NYC, Bailey got them both out into the outdoors. Bailey is really good at prioritizing and anticipating household needs, and responding to all the different little dramas and crises that crop up in a family week. I would be more than happy to jump on the phone to give any kind of recommendation, as Bailey was nothing but an asset. 

My wife and I are very happy that we met Bailey! She has helped us out a few times already and we would definitely hire her again. We felt safe when Bailey watched our 7 year old son after school. I like that she is a down to earth person who is professional, responsible, and friendly.

I recently hired Bailey twice for all day babysitting. Bailey has a very calm, pleasant demeanor and was a natural with my toddler. She manages to be very gentle with him, while still enforcing manners, which I appreciated. She also found time to tidy up, even though he's pretty active. Bailey took him for walks, fed him, read books, colored and played hide and seek/peekaboo. She even pulled off tear-free diaper changes. Bailey has a unique parks and recreation background and would be a very special nanny for any nature loving kiddo. We would definitely use her services again. 

Bailey is kind, attentive, responsible, dependable, reliable, competent & punctual. She babysat for our 3 kids, most often our 2 year old. I appreciated that she likes to spend time with them playing outside & always fixed very healthy snacks or meals when needed. She was happy to help with chores like running errands, feeding our pets, dishes & kids laundry. She also house sat for us for a few days to help us take care of our 5 dogs while we were out of town. Would definitely hire Bailey again! 

Bailey was our fill-in nanny for 5 kids and our dog for three days straight and did a fantastic job, not only with the children but also with helping keep the house clean.

If she can handle "hurricane M", she can handle your kids. TRUST me!

Bailey has always arrived on time and with a smile. My often reserved daughter took to her right away; now every time I come home I find them laughing together. I need only occasional babysitting rather than regular help, and Bailey's flexible schedule combined with her cheerful personality and dependable nature make her a great fit for our family.

Bailey was one you could count on. She was always on time, cheerful, and appropriate. She is smart, resourceful and a joy to be around. She has a lot  to offer in anything she pursues.
