About Bailey

Hi! I'm Bailey, and I'm passionate about working with children and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and feel comfortable being themselves. I have a degree in Psychology and professional experience working with children with a wide range of abilities and support needs. I currently work in special education, where I help support students with their daily routines, communication, independence, social skills, and personal needs. Through this experience, I've developed a lot of patience, flexibility, and an understanding that every child has their own personality, strengths, and way of communicating.
