About Bailey

My name is Bailey, I'm 27, and have done childcare for well over a decade. I babysat in my early teens and officially became an Early Childhood Educator at 18 as an infant teacher. I've received trainings from First Things First and Love and Logic, and through lived experienced I've developed a deep passion for early childhood education. My care plan is centered around the childs emotional needs and learning through play. I'm very big on reading/language development, doing process art, and co-regulation for social-emotional development. Some things about me, my husband and I enjoy going camping once a month. I'm currently re-reading Frankenstein. I'm learning to crochet and have been painting my whole life. I've spent the last 9 years working as an infant teacher and as a 1yo teacher with licensed facilities so I do have a level 1 finger print clearance card.
