About Bailey

I'd describe my personality as energetic, encouraging, and compassionate. I like caring for seniors because I was very close with my grandfather before he passed and being around the elderly reminds me of him and gives me a sense of peace knowing I can bring the same joy to them in their time of need as I did for him. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with hours, as I am starting an online nursing program to become an LPN. With school, I cannot continue my full time job at a memory care nursing center, but still want to be a part of the elderly community and engage in a companionship role. I started caring for seniors when my grandfather was battling dementia. That journey showed me that my calling is with the elderly community so a little over a year ago I began working in a memory care nursing center full time. In my spare time, I like to spend time with family, friends, and especially my dogs. I love the outdoors and to get in the sun as much as I can.
