There aren’t adequate words for Bailey. She reminds me of a younger Ms. Honey from Matilda… Just a natural born caregiver & not scared to work. She’s been our #1 babysitter since our daughter was barely a few months old. She is attentive & not distracted during care. She’s engaging, playful, & sets boundaries in a healthy manner. She’s helped with house care without being asked, and I’ve left her with 100 requests verbally & she remembers every bit of it. Sends photo updates, which have turned out to be some of the best pictures I have of my daughter. Overall a highly likable, personable, and motivated woman. She breaks the mold. Anyone who hires her would be incredibly blessed to have her in their kids lives.
