Bailey has been caring for our toddler for the last two years(and now our newborn) as a babysitter. I would define Bailey as the gold standard for a caregiver. She is excellent with children and is always going above and beyond, organizing, cleaning, laundry, dishes etc.. All things we did not have to ask her to do. She has excellent communication skills, and checks in often. Bailey is also great with dogs. I would recommend Bailey for any babysitting or nanny position.
