I am 30 years old and have been married to an amazing man for 3 years. My biggest passion in life has always been taking care of children! I began babysitting as soon as I was legally allowed, and began nannying at 16 when I switched over to a homeschooling program. I have experience working with children of all ages and find joy in each stage! It's important to me to be interactive with them and create a safe, loving, and fun environment when they are in my care. I believe positive reinforcement is the most effective form of communication. Also with consistent, clear, and predictable discipline to help create healthy boundaries and development. My relationship with the parents is also extremely important so I can be integrated into the family and know I am helping raise their children in a way that they want. Making every one comfortable and safe is my goal.

Bailey quickly became more than a nanny to our infant and toddler, she was a cherished part of the family for 6 years. Her patience while getting our daughter to bottle feed saved my career. And the love she taught our two kids lives on in them. I often heard how well behaved they were at all the places she took them - preschool play dates, grocery shopping, children’s museum, the library and park. The kids were always busy. Even on chill days, I came home to art project and baked goodies. Bailey even expertly dealt with our 70 pound rambunctious dog. Even the house looked great at the end of the day. An organized craft closet! Bailey’s patience and respect she showed to our kids set an example for us all. I believe it’s why she rarely had to raise her voice or give timeouts. There was a mutual respect and trust. If I had to do it all over, I’d 100% want Bailey in our lives raising my kids. No one better. We love you, Bailey!
