Hi! My name is Bailey and I recently graduated with my bachelors in architecture. I love working with kids because I'm genuinely fascinated by how they grow, communicate, and make sense of the world, and I enjoy creating routines and activities that help them feel safe, seen, and confident. In a job, I'm looking for a family that values clear communication, mutual respect, and a mostly screen-free, low-drama environment where we can work as a team on what's best for the kids! In my spare time, I love being outside, reading, learning and doing creative projects like drawing or simple crafts that I can often bring into activities with kids.
