About Bailey

I am a dedicated childcare professional with over seven years of experience as a lifeguard and two years of experience teaching swim lessons to children ages 3 and up. I have also provided private in-home childcare for families, supporting daily routines such as meal preparation, bedtime routines, dressing, diaper changes, and general care with a calm and attentive approach. In addition, I have worked with Primrose Schools at the preschool level (Level 2), where I supported classroom structure and early childhood development. My responsibilities included documenting daily activities for parent updates, preparing and serving meals, assisting with nap time routines, facilitating indoor and outdoor play, supporting toileting and diapering needs, and providing first aid when necessary. I am CPR, AED, and First Aid certified, and prioritize safety, communication, and nurturing care in every environment I work in.
