About Bailey

I am a patient, compassionate person that has been working with kids for 10 years in various settings. I have cared for kids from 6 months to 12 years of age. I find it a privilege getting to witness kids grow in knowledge, skills, and personality throughout the stages of their lives. I love coming up with creative ways to engage kids and help them grow. I believe children are capable of great things and simply need some support along the way to achieving them. Here is my volunteer/work experience with children: •Summer and full-time nanny •Babysitter for several families •Summer school childcare worker •Activity leader at a camp for children with special needs •Children's church teacher for preschoolers •Leader of summer church group for elementary-aged girls •Parks & Recreation summer kids programs worker •Social Work intern working with youth at an anti-trafficking organization in Uganda
