Hi! My name is Bailey. I'm 23, a dog mom to two, a big sister, an auntie, and a wife! My husband and I have been married since October 2021. I have grown up around kids my entire life- my mom worked at a daycare when I was young, I have 3 younger brothers and many cousins, and LOTS of my friends have babies. I started babysitting at 14 years old for family friends and I have never loved anything more! I am not big into tablets or screens so I love encouraging young minds to embrace the outdoors and animals! I have taken previous nanny kids to the zoo, the animal shelter, the beach, nature walks, valley fair, pools, etc. When stuck inside, I often resort to baking, crafts, or board games. I have experience with meal prep, house clean up, doing kids laundry, driving to and from sports, helping with homework, and much more.

Bailey is hands down one of the best around, a true gem! She nannied for my daughter from the age of 2-5, both full time and part time. My daughter genuinely loves her, as do I - she is considered family. They still have a relationship to this day, my daughter is now 12. Bailey is kind, trustworthy and great with children. She loves working with the children, and children are drawn to her. She has great communication skills, creative ideas for activities, patience, very polite, and so much more. She keeps the children occupied and most importantly, safe. Again, Bailey is a true gem and we are honored to consider her family.
