About Bailey

Hi there, my name is Bailey, I am located in San Diego and would love to work along with you and your family! I am currently employed as a part time youth leader with the YMCA during the school year, but am available for the Summer, and possibly beyond if it is the right fit. I have 10 years of childcare experience, aiding with tasks such as meal preparation, scheduling, sleep training, language development and light house work. I focus on child development and play, incorporating learning while making it fun, creating an environment where children feel safe and free to be themselves. I am active, love setting up schedules/learning activities, and creating a structured day where kids can learn, grow, have fun and flourish! I have amazing references, reliable transportation, and am CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to connecting with you!
