Bailee is the best sitter we have ever had. She watches our girl's 4 days a week. She sets up activities to keep them going all summer and brings them to and from there sports. She also takes care of the house which just puts the cherry on top when you come home after a stressful day and you just want to play with your kids. I don't have to worry about all the things. She also is present with the girls the entire time. I never catch her on her phone or ignoring them. They are fully watched the entire time. She is also a great communicator. She will take notes and give me the entire days recap when I get home. She never leaves out the bumps or fights that occur and I feel so confident in her decision making between my kids.
