About Bailee

Hi! My name is Bailee, and I am currently a freshman in college studying education with the goal of becoming an elementary school teacher. I have a strong passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I spent a year working as a gymnastics coach, where I worked with kids ages 3 to 16, developing patience, communication skills, and the ability to keep children engaged and safe. I have also been babysitting my nephews since they were born, giving me hands-on experience caring for young children over the past four years. I feel comfortable babysitting up to two children at a time, ages 3 months to 8 years old, and I am happy to follow any routines or guidelines you have for your family.
