About Bailee

I love working with kids because of their love of life! I am a psychology student at WSU and aspiring elementary school counselor. My studies focus on developmental stages; my knowledge allows me to provide age appropriate experiences that foster development/learning/fun, all while having extra patience and understanding for where they are coming from. In my spare time, I like to be crafty! This ranges from my Etsy business of chalkboard art, scrapbooking, coloring, and much more. I also LOVE puzzles. In babysitting gigs I bring an art bag or science experiment for the kids and I to do together. One thing you should know about me is my background in preschool teaching. I have volunteered at the Montessori preschool in Pullman, in my church preschool classrooms, and I was a preschool teacher in high school through our class-ran program as well! Another thing you should know is that I have experience caring for kids with severe allergies, as well as autism. :)
