About Bailee

I am a dedicated and caring childcare provider who truly enjoys working with children. I have experience caring for kids ages 1-12 and love creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where they can learn and grow. I worked at Academy for Little People for three months and have been a children's counselor at the YMCA for the past year, where I gained hands-on experience engaging with children in both structured and play-based settings. I am CPR and First Aid certified. In addition, I have taken early childhood education classes and completed online training courses focused on child development and proper care. I am passionate about interacting with children, building strong connections, and providing attentive, reliable care for every child I work with.
