About Bailea

Hello interested families! My name is Bailea. I am married to my high school sweetheart, we have two goofy dogs and two cuddly cats! We also have our first baby on the way, a little boy! I am sure I won't hit every point in my intro, so please feel free to ask any questions! Here we go: I grew up with a hug extended family, which meant a lot of small cousins to snuggle and play with! My love for children started there. My mother always worked in childcare throughout my middle/high school years, I would often accompany her on days off of school and "volunteer". That mostly entitled playing with the kiddos but also helping to set up for meals and activities! Fast forward to roughly 2017 a I got my first, long term/full time, nanny job. I loved it and my experience only grew! I have over 7 years of experience with 6 weeks up to elementary school - I have experience with newborns as well, but not typically in the working field. I look forward to chatting!
