Hello! My name is Bailah, I'm an experienced sitter who loves kids. I've been babysitting for five years and have experience caring for up to 3 toddlers at one time. I also have experience caring for infants and older elementary school children, across a wide variety of demographic groups (including different religions and special needs). I currently work full time, which is why my services are best suited for those who are in need of a date night sitter. I have 70+ hours of training in domestic violence and mandatory reporting. I am fully vetted and background checked as a result of my job! I am trained in CPR, first aid, and have received further emergency medical training from my JROTC days. I have also taken a few child care classes in preparation for my own siblings! I prefer a hands-on approach with kids and keep technology limited, in favor of in-person activities. I also have a no-hitting disciplinary approach.

we are not from Cumberland Md so we were alittle nervous about finding a babysitter out here but Bailah was awesome! Her energy was very reassuring and she was very nice! My daughter's loved her and are even asking to come back here just so she can babysit them again
