Azlynn worked for our family for 2 months. In the interview, we talked specifically about valuing reliability. Azlynn no showed for an early morning departure which left us scrambling to have our kids get to school. As she cited alarm and phone issues, she continued to work for us. One week later, she informed us 20 min before start time that she would not be coming at all, for an 11 hour day. She claimed the kids (5&8) were difficult and seemed unable to come up with creative solutions.
