She is also very knowledgeable and reads a lot about different childcare techniques and methodologies. Our daughter absolutely adores her. Her Russian and English are both very good. I cannot say enough about her ability to understand and deal with 'difficult' babies. She is very patient yet will make sure your kid is not spoiled. Highly recommend her as a nanny for infants/toddlers/school age kids.
