While on break from teaching, there is nothing I would rather do than spend time with children who remind me of my nieces and nephews back home in Washington State. We recently hired Aziza as a last minute back up to watch both my kids (3yrs & 8.5mo) while I worked from home. I rehired her 2 more times that same week. Although I do work from home I would be comfortable leaving my kids alone with her. She will be my go-to babysitter as long as she is offering her services. Aziza has a wonderful disposition and was great with the kids. She was engaging, attentive, and could roll with the punches. The baby is in the phase where they are wary of strangers, and Aziza knew exactly how to handle it. She was also great are reading the baby's cues. Aziza is communicative and promptly let me know of any hiccups or concerns that arose. Thanks again Aziza!
