Ayvi was the most excellent nanny we have ever had for our two children (boys ages 4 and 2, the elder autistic). Ayvi gave so much love, care, and understanding to them. They (and I) felt like they were with a family member rather than a nanny. Ayvi always went above and beyond to come up with innovative tasty healthy meals for the picky eater, as well as enriching activities that spoke to the boys’ interests. We only stopped employing Ayvi after the boys’ grandma moved in the area and began acting as caretaker, but otherwise I would have loved to continue to work with her! She is the most respectful and kind individual.
