We cannot say enough wonderful things about Aysu! She started with our family when our son was just 5 months old, and has been such a loving, supportive, and knowledgeable part of his early development. Aysu was incredibly detail-oriented when it came to tracking developmental milestones, introducing solids, adjusting nap schedules, and noticing all of the small (but important) changes as our son grew. She is also extremely reliable, always early, and fantastic with communication — whether it was about daily updates or adjusting to changing schedules. Plus, she brought such a calm and positive energy into our home, which was especially valuable as we work remotely. It’s truly bittersweet to part ways, and it’s only due to a shift in our work situation. Otherwise, we would have loved to have Aysu with our family for many years to come. She will be such an incredible addition to any family lucky enough to have her!
