Hi my name is Ayo and I m a mother of 4 (2 girls 2 boys all grown up), I have a total of 5 years experience as a childcare provider outside of raising my children and also 3 years housekeeping experience. I have provided special needs care provision for 3 children in total and spent 6months-18months with the family. I am happy to provide support where required and adapt my service to the child's need. I have worked as a nurse assistant prior to this for 1 year and I also spent 2 years teaching and working with teenagers and the youngest I have cared for is a 3-month-old baby. I provide meal preps for the children, I ensure necessary homework and activities that have been set by the parent/carer is completed and fulfilled. I enjoying working with the children and I find establishing a great relationship with the children requires me to make them feel comfortable and that they are apart of activities like rule settings and agreements.
