About Aylin

Hi! My name is Aylin, and I'm a warm, responsible, and bilingual caregiver with a genuine passion for working with children. I speak both English and Spanish fluently, which allows me to easily connect with a wide range of families and help children grow in a multicultural environment. I have hands-on experience working as a paraprofessional in a kindergarten classroom, where I supported early childhood learning, helped manage daily routines, and created a fun, nurturing space for young children. That role taught me the importance of patience, consistency, and creativity-skills I bring into every babysitting or nanny job. I'm comfortable caring for kids of all ages, helping with schoolwork, planning fun and educational activities, and supporting daily routines.
