About Ayleen

Hi my name is Ayleen. Im currently 22 years old and looking for apart time job for kids any ages. I realized that a kids early years are the most important stepping stones of their future. So I realized the best way to do that is by being patient and caring and letting the kid to be free and comfortable to be themseleves around me. Ive babysitted tons of kids in my neighborhoods and other neighborhoods around me from new borns all the way up to tennagers. I enjoy seeing kids smile and just being able to do things with them that they enjoy wether its sports, crafts, playing with theyre toys or anything they prefer. Im responsible, calm, flexible and understanding. I have worked at a elementary school as an after school guidance counselor as well. :)
