About Ayla

I love helping kids learn, grow, and have fun, and I've spent the past four years caring for children and supporting families. I'm patient, calm, and easygoing, and I've worked with kids ranging from infants to pre-teens. I enjoy keeping kids active and engaged, whether we're playing outside, doing puzzles, playing games, or working on something educational. I'm comfortable following household rules and sticking to routines, and I always want kids to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I'm also a strong swimmer, so I'm happy to provide close supervision during swimming and other water activities. I'm easy to communicate with and can give updates throughout the day in whatever way works best for your family. I'm also happy to help with things like meals, carpooling, and light tidying up.
