About Ayla

I taught prekindergarten for 3 years which has equipped me with many appropriate regulating skills. My teaching experience has shown me how to multitask under pressure without showing it. I have taught up to 15 three- to5-year-olds at once while maintaining a calm and clean environment. I always prioritize a healthy and healing environment where the children in my care know they can express themselves in all ways while also feeling structured in the boundaries that are set. I am not afraid to dress up and play pretend or get messy with art projects. I love watching children blossom in independence, emotional-social skills, and more when I am modeling this for them, and guiding them through it. I feel that at home care allows even more room for this energy.
