Ayiana is amazing! She blended into our routine with my toddler seamlessly. We are starting out potty training and she was comfortable giving him opportunities to use the bathroom. If she needed something, she figured it out taking initiative to finding solutions. She constantly engaged with my toddler and was always teaching him educational material. She would plan activities and crafts for him each time she babysat. She was kind, patience, and such a sweetheart! She also respected my screen free policy. If my toddler wanted to go outside all day long, she brought him outside, no questions asked. She's a blessing and I would 100/10 recommend her for any of your child needs!
