Hi mommies and daddies! I have years of experience as a teacher and child loving care giver. I've worked in preschools and with families and I have excellent recommendations. I have CPR and First Aid certifications, as well as emergency situations training. I'm very warm and loving, very responsible and patient with structure learning and character forming. I am available to work Sunday-Thursday with a flexible schedule, and Fridays until 3 p.m. I learn with the kiddos using natural and Montessori methods and I love outside time for fun play and "get to know my world" experiences. Ayelet has cared for our infant daughter for > 6 months now; she is punctual, highly dependable, and a wonderful caregiver. As first-time parents, she has guided us through several challenging situations and been a great resource. She regularly takes our daughter outside on walks when my husband and I are at work and teaches her on a daily basis. She has purchased multiple toys for our daughter with her own money and provides a loving, caring presence in our home. She takes initiative and provides honest feedback, but also listens to our concerns and incorporates feedback well. In the one situation where we were unhappy with her discipline technique, we communicated this openly to her; she then apologized and changed her style immediately. She challenges our daughter and gets her to try new foods and new activities. She is honest to a fault and readily admits mistakes. We recommend her highly and are confident she will take great care of your child and/or family.
