About Aycan

Aycan is an amazing nanny -- enthusiastic, gentle, reliable, warm, attentive, and smart. She has exceeded our expectations at every turn and has been an absolute blessing to our family. Most importantly, our 18-month old son adores her. She’s been with us for more than a year, since our son was 5 months old. We are moving, otherwise we would continue to have Aycan work with us. Since the first day we met her, she made us feel comfortable and safe leaving our baby in someone else's care. We went through a long search process and are so glad we found the right nanny. She has been nothing but amazing, helping our son reach numerous milestones, from eating solid foods to walking to speaking certain words; she consistently teaches him new things. Aycan is always on time, brings wonderful energy, is very sweet, and is devoted to teaching our son new things and entertaining him. Throughout the day, she always provides us with updates and pictures and at the end of each day, provides us with a summary. In addition, Aycan is always flexible to come earlier or stay later in the event we have to stay later at work. Aycan cared for our child in accordance with our wishes and went the extra mile to comfort him and be there for him. In addition, using her educational background with kids, she’s the reason our son has advanced reaching his milestones. I would hire Aycan in a heartbeat and wouldn't think twice. She has been the best decision for our family.
