About Ayanna

Hi families! I'm a loving, energetic caregiver with over a decade of hands-on childcare experience. Though still young, I've spent most of my life guiding children of all ages-and it's truly my passion! From being a Private Nanny to working in daycares, schools, and as a Head Cheer Coach, I've loved helping kids learn, grow, and shine. I create fun learning activities, explore outdoors, and nurture creativity through play-meeting each child where they are. I've also supported children in ministry and camp programs, focusing on confidence, kindness, and connection. My goal is always to build a safe, joyful space where kids thrive and families feel at ease. I'm currently studying child development to deepen my skills and would be thrilled to bring my experience, energy, and heart to your family!
