About Ayanna

Driven, energetic, and dependable. I like working with kids because their energy is contagious and I genuinely enjoy being a positive presence in their day. As a certified Pilates instructor, I bring the same enthusiasm and structure to babysitting that I bring to leading a class. I started babysitting at 14 and have nannied consistently every summer since, so I have years of real, hands-on experience with kids of all ages. This summer I'm interning in NYC area and looking for a consistent family to show up for reliably. I take reliability seriously. If I commit to something, I'm there on time, prepared, and fully present. In my spare time I teach Pilates, go to the gym, and love exploring new parts of the city. My top childcare skills are keeping kids engaged and active, staying calm under pressure, and creating routines that make kids feel safe and comfortable.
