With four years of experience supporting elementary and middle school students in math and English, I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I create an engaging, patient environment by actively listening to how your student interacts with new material and adapting my methods--whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or open discussion. When concepts become challenging, I break problems into manageable steps and connect them to real-world interests to keep momentum high. I believe clear, consistent communication with both students and parents is essential to building the trust necessary for success.
