She is down-to-earth, honest and consistent. Ayana took great care of my mom, and befriended her even though she was a very difficult lady to accommodate! She was also a fierce ally in helping ensure that my mom received proper care from the staff, as appropriate. Ayana took meticulous care of my mom's hygiene, and kept her linens and clothes sweet and clean, too.
