I am a 20-year-old doing what I love. Every time I get asked about my childcare experience, I just say "Well I am the oldest out of 9 children." While that may not seem like much, being the oldest can be like being their third parent in ways. From changing diapers, to teaching them how to ride a bike. It's honestly what we're here for! With my personal experience, there is also preferential experience. I have worked in childcare since 2023 and I can wholeheartedly say, it's changed my life for the better! I have worked with the babies, the toddlers, preschoolers and school-age kids:) I love what I do and life changes but I am hoping to find a different groove in the childcare world.
