Hi! My name is Ayaila and I have extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children and individuals with behavioral, emotional, and developmental support needs. I currently work in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and have worked as an RBT/Program Manager since 2019 while pursuing my Master's in ABA. My experience includes supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, emotional regulation challenges, communication delays, behavioral challenges, routines/transitions, and daily living skills support.
